Mode 1.1.8 fixes a GitHub connection issue that could send users back to the login screen and helps canvas agents avoid unnecessary component searches.

GitHub connection no longer ends your session

Completing the GitHub App connection no longer logs you out of Mode. The completion window now closes without interrupting the session in your main window, so you can return directly to your project.

More improvements

• Faster work without a component library: Canvas agents now know when no design-system components are available and skip unavailable catalog lookups, reducing wasted steps and starting work sooner.
